Baby furniture is SO expensive. We found exactly what we wanted for $75 on craigslist. Only thing was that it was white and ugly!!!

Today Meygan and I started our weekly check-ups with our OB. During our appointment, we discovered that our due date moved up 4 days from the Feb 27th to the 23rd. As of Monday, January 21st we are only 33 DAYS AWAY FROM DUE DATE!!!!
Also, we had our birthing class this evening... Practiced our breathing, positions, and what we need to pack for our stay there.
Today I had my family shower me and the baby with gifts!!!! We got so many wonderful things and I can't wait to use them all. Here are some pictures...

Tonight is our birthing class, which runs for 5 weeks. We are joined by Mike and Jessica Fransz, 6 weeks behind Meygan. I can't believe that after talking about pregnancy for the past 8 months, we are almost there. Time seems to creep by. cc
I have been sick for alomst 13 days now with a cold, soar throat, a deep cough, sinus infection, and to top it all off, and on and off again fever.Since I am prego, I am limited to what medications I can take and when I tried taking some over the counter meds--I threw up. Antibiotics helped, but truly I just needed to rest. Well, suprisingly Casey has not gotten sick at all this enitire 2 weeks.... Until yesterday. He got the sniffles, then the sinus infection and now has a fever. I have never understood why baby boomers were always praying and thanking God for their health...until now. Being pregnant has made me thank God daily for my health and the health of my family. I pray all of our friends and family stay healthy and happy!!!! mc
I was looking all around for our cat....she loves to hide in interesting places. When all of a sudden I looked in our office book case and found her posing next to our new addition...ELMO!!!! MC
Mom's family stopped by for dinner and catching up... Geoffry and KD are awesome!
Checked out the old El Toro Marine Base, now in process of becoming the Great Park of OC and breaking everything down to raw supplies. interesting note: so much concrete from the runways they have to regulate how much leaves the base, otherwise it would negatively impact the market.
